Fusible Link Fusible links are pieces of wire in your AMC's wiring that act as fuses. All yellow wires are fusible links. They tend to blow (open) without any indication (e.g. burn marks or discoloration) to their insulation. If you are having electrical problems and can't find the break, look for a yellow wire and test it with a meter. So I would imagine that since I do not have voltage in the yellow wire (fusible link) on the top left of the starter solenoid. It would not surprise me that it was affected. |
