Scott,
Well, I spent about 5 yrs working on it. Got the body mounted to the chassis
and the doors mounted to the body. Never finished the interior. I put a
"hi performance" set of pistons in the TR3 engine. Bout that time, I think
I was getting out of the Navy, and going back to school, so I needed something
a little more reasonable. I had a 55 Chevy and the Morgan. I bought the
55 Chevy to let sit on the pier so the Morgan could stay in dad's nice warm
garage. So I sold the 80%+ finished Jamacian - never to be seen or heard
of again. I've been looking for it ever since. I'm on the Jamacian list
hoping
to find it. I then bought a Volvo P1800 and restored it while in College.
Sold the 55 my Sophmore year to get the money to finish the 1800. Drove the
1800 for about 7 years. Sold it to buy an 80 Accord when our 1st son was
born.
I really wished I still had the TR3 and all the TR3 parts I used to have. :)
