I added an electric fan in front of the radiator so that both the belt  
driven fan and the electric fan can work together to draw air through the  
radiator. I put a thermostat on the electric fan so that it runs only when  
needed. 
The electric fan brings the temperature down 5-10 degrees when it kicks  in. 
Not 
a dramatic difference, but every little bit helps.
