According to the engineering data, the VT204 has a capacity of 400lbs and
moves up to 16 inches per second.  I think that's fast enough.  It's travel
is up to 24 inches.

They are too slow, They will work as long as you don't mind waiting a minute
or so to open, slower than hydraulics, much slower than air, also less
forgiving if the latch sticks, another minute to close, the list goes on
Max speed rating is for unloaded of course the loaded speed is much slower,
at least for all the other actuators out there, this one might be special
though, someday there may be an economical fast light weight electric
actuator, but probably not in my lifetime.
