Most rears I've worked on do not use a gasket, you just coat both surfaces
with a sealant like permatex non-hardening and bolt them together.

Subject: Rear End Parts
I'm thinking of changing my gear oil but assume a new gasket may
be hard to find. Does anyone have a part number or
recommendation. Also interested if there is a supplier for rebuild
kits for the Bricklin rearend (bearings, seals, etc.)
