Just a note on the rad. the main problem is finding one that fits where it
is supposed to and have the functionality to cool the engine. With the
known problems of temperature in these cars, it is best to go with a 4 core
radiator. The recorring for $400 is not bad if you are going up to a 4 core
vs a 3 core. The problem with going to an aftermarket supplier such as
Griffen (which we just put one in Terry's Brown car) is getting them stuffed
in the hole that the old one fit in perfectly, and secured in a way that
they will not get beat up with the fan. Griffen does not put the side
flanges that attach the radiator to the radiator support on them. We ended
up having to go to a junk yard to find an acceptable mounting bracketry and
then modify the hood support bar to be able to mount them. All in all, cost
and time effort, the best way to go is to get your current radiator recored
to a 4core and put it back in.

P.S. the time it took to get everything fitting right was 3 full working
days of Terry and myself racking our brains and destroying 1 hood bar.
