Yes. On the front of the fire wall where it turns under to become the floor
board, there should be a metal "skid" plate on both sides. It's there just
to keep something from being thrown up from the road and into the cockpit.
Then there is the one under the xmission tunnel that the emergency brake
bolts to. This roughly "U" shaped brace has wings on the back and bottom,
the open part of the "U". These wings reinforce the back of the seat area
and the rear bottom of the floor pan.
