Cam shaft swap and head work. 8.1:1 compression or what ever the Brickin
had was sorry IMHO. Look at the Mustangs and other Muscle cars with the
351W for parts.
Cam shafts are pretty cheep and if you can install them your self you
save labor.
Also, intake manifold and carb. Try Edelbrock for both. They have a
"Performer" intake for a mild or stock engine and a "Performer RPM"
intake for an engine with more work done to it such as camshaft and head
work.
