I've taken the liberty of forwarding the e-mail attached below which was
distributed to CBO members. We are in the process of generating a post
office mailing to BI members in the western US. If you are in the
western US (WA, OR, CA, NV, NM, UT, CO) and you are also listed on the
BI Club e-mail list, you WILL NOT receive the post office mailing.
If you do plan on attending, please be sure to use the attached forms.
The two attached files have been saved in rich text format (RTF), a text
document format that can be opened by nearly every computer
application/program that comes with basic word processing or text
editing capability. Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT, & XP, all come with
either WordPad or Notepad (basic text editors) as I'm sure do the other
major computer operating systems (MAC, Linux, OS/2, etc.)
These forms have also been posted to the CBO web site and should be
available soon on the BI site.

Dear Fellow Bricklin Owners & Enthusiasts,
Since you have provided an e-mail address, you WILL NOT receive a mailed
invitation letter and registration form. If you plan on attending the
San Diego Meet event please use the attached files.

If for some reason you cannot open the files, please e-mail a message
back to me and I will send a form via US Postal service.
Time is critical. Due to problems with the original hotel selected, we
had to make a change which has left a short window for room reservation
purposes. Note the great rates ($69-$89) are available for rooms set
aside for us. These rooms will be released after August 28th, and you
will be subject to room availability and higher rates. Please don't
delay, reserve today!
We have some exciting events planned so be sure to look at the
registration form for details. There are discounted registration fees
available as well as a free meet shirt is you pay your meet registration
by a certain date. The meet registration is a separate task/function
from the room reservation process!
