Ok you are right about the two different mount points on the doors.
Thanks for pointing this out.
However if you go thru "back issues"you will notice the two different
systems but they don't fall into any patern with vin numbers.Perhaps
during restorations doors have been swapted around. Question....do
the two different assist strut mounting systems use the same strut
part number?Also are there any opinions or facts as to which mounting
position provides the best advantage?
