Bricklin Insurance

OK,
It's time to get some decent insurance on my car but all the Collector Car 
Co. want to limit my driving.   I guess I will have to go with a standard Co. 
 Has anybody found a company that will insure for the appraised value and not 
limit the mileage or the type of driving? Oh and very importantly,  That will 
for sure pay the appraised value in case of a total loss?
