It depends on who builds it and how knowledgeable they are about fiberglass.
The best would be a thermally cured reaction injected hood but since the
tooling would cost 10's of thousands of dollars you won't find one. A poorly
hand laid hood made with cheap resin will offer more shrinkage problems than
an OEM acrylic hood, but a well made hood with a decent quality resin will
offer more stability than a stocker. I don't have enough experience with the
suppliers of Bricklin reproduction parts to make a recommendation either
way.
 The best bet is to line which ever hood you buy with a foil and foam type
insulation to try to keep at least some of the engine heat from getting to
it
