A good idea if increasing the output significantly.  AIS has one that you
can actually adjust the voltage output.



I found these two sources that can customize our '75 Ford 60amp alternators
to 105amps using the same casing and terminal outputs that can be used with
a heavier duty alternator.  AIS is a little cheaper, but AC Alternator may
make a slightly better product.
