I had my speedometer rebuilt by Speedometer Plus.  They installeda new
needle,  new springs, new glass, and new black bezel. It works and
Looks brand new.  I shipped it to them in LA from Missouri and got it
back with in 10 days.  Total cost was about $100.  Their email is

#.  The specialize in original VDO intruments and are a registered VDO
dealer.
