Hydro / electric doors

Thanks to all of you who have been helpful with my question "To wax or
what".   I have a new problem with the hydro/electric doors.  They
will go up however, when I push the down switch, there is no power to
the pump.  None of the down switches work.  It is just the weight of
the doors that compress the cyclinders.  Does anyone have an idea of
where to start tracking this problem down.  (No pun intended).
