What is really needed is a better engineered mechanism to put the window up 
and down, whether it is by hand or electrically driven.  There were some 
alternate designs--one of them even used a window with holes for mounting.  
Maybe someone with mech engineering skills could consult with Tanner and make 
a stab at it.  It would probably be a popular upgrade.  Put me down for 3.
