They should be able to be. There are several places that advertise in
Hemmings that restore old car radios. I don't know what they cost though.
Are you looking to have it for show or just to have a radio? In either
case, you might want to purchase a new radio. If for show, either keep
your Bricklin radio, and put it in before a show, or mount the new
radio someplace and remove it for shows.
