milage wizard

Hey,
Does anybody have and expierence with a thing called a "milage wizard."   Its
for fuel injected cars, and it heats the fuel and increases gas milage.   What
it does is hooks up to the upper radiator hose, and then rund the fuel line
through it....that is where the heat comes from...let me know
something...thanks
