Terry Tanner's system does.

Sure.  The more volume capacity you have, the faster the tank will charge
when needed.

Beats me.  The only real consideration you need is maximum working
pressure (need about 125 lbs) or a switch to regulate maximum pressure if
the pump can put out too much.  The more voilume (flow rate) capacity you
have, the faster it will charge.
