When you say boils, do you mean coolant flows from the radiator to the catch
tank? This is normal expansion and will siphon back into the radiator as it
cools down. Assuming it's still there, the rubber molding running along the
top of the firewall in front of the windshield that seals off the rear of the
hood should be removed to allow more airflow. I see no reason why you can't
relocate switches, add lights. I imagine you will have to design a power
window system from scratch.

It turns out that
the coolant boils in the radiator, but the engine does not overheat. Wasnt
there some sort of gasket or seal I was supposed to remove? If anybody out
there can give me a detailed decription of its location and or a photo, lemme
know.

Also, what about
relocating the door switches to the roof T-section and installing lights for
the doors, hood and trunk? are these possible? how about installing power
windows?
