One of things about visibility in the Bricklin is that it does get better as
you become accustomed to it and make subconscious adjustments to your viewing
habits. At first, the big A-pillar seems to cut right in front of your eyes,
but most people say that after a little while you don't really notice it, and
this has been my experience as well. How much have you actually driven the
car? You might want to take an incremental approach to changing things and
evaluate the results as you go along before doing anything drastic. Raising
the rear and better seats are realistic options, but "shaving" or flattening
out the hood would be very difficult. Let me know what seats you get, I'm
trying to decide on some.
