Hi Bob, Take the park break of and try that. If you have blocks under =
the tires it will also be hard to move. Back to the problem: The rear =
brake shoes could be against the drums. Try pulling on the park brake =
and the let it off, a couple of times. Check to see if the cables are =
tight when the park break is off. Rock the car back and forth.
