help you need.   A bunch of people tried to E-mail you but Gave-Up.

  The car has been stripped down to the nubs, bad wood replaced, metal removed
and replaced

  I did a compression check and engine seems to be ok...that is will run
..maybe

  Transmission is ok I think.  rearend I believe is ok.

  I have done everything that someone who has no experience or real skills can
do.

  I do not know a fuel pump from deep center field, and need someone to work
on the engine, attatch carbs, wiring , brakes, and get it running.

  At that point I think I can finish upholstery, etc.

  I am not looking to have a show car.

  I am just an old geezer hoping to get the car on the road.

  I could send you a picture of the car if that would help in finding the
right mechanic..

  I really appreciate your response and help.

    Gary, What condition is the car in?  What condition is the Engine, Trans,
Rearend in?  How bad is the wood rotted out?  Does it need body sheet metal
work?  What kind of help do you need?  Are you looking for full ( body off )
restoration?
