Hey Guys,
The suspension on my '82 mini cooper is in dire need of replacement (the
rear shocks are completely dead.) I decided that since i'd be replacing the
shocks anyways it might be time to do a full upgrade. Currently i'm looking
at a kit (http://www.minimania.com/web/Item/MMKT0906/InvDetail.cfm). It
consists of coils to replace the hard rubber cones, 4 KYB shocks, a high/low
kit, and a rear sway bar. I've never attempted something like this and i was
wondering if any one had some advice. Are there any special tools that i
need to do this? If there are special tools required does anyone have some
that i might be able to borrow? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
before i dive into the deep end on this project.
Thanks,
-Dylan
