OK, guys,
Now is the time to let me know how many of you would like to participate in
the Parade and/or car show on the 24th of this month. The poster for the
event has been sent out via this net. The activities take place in the
afternoon of the 24th of July.
As it stands now, the organizers have reserved a spot in the parade for us
(BMCU) and would also like to know how many would like to show their cars
after the parade. As I see it, you can do both or either one; parade or car
show.
The parade is about a mile long and the car show is on grass behind the Butler
Middle School on 2700 E. 7500 South.
I plan on doing both events. The grassy area is open so no debris falling
from trees. A shade cover would probably be a good thing.
Please respond to me to I can let the organizers know approximately how many
of us to count on.
