This is the event that for the last few years happened the afternoon of
our Field Day. Maybe I'll drive over there in the Spitfire for lunch
and just pretend it is still summer!

Subject: Ye Olde English Festival
OLDE ENGLISH FESTIVAL
The annual "Olde English Festival" will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal
Church (261 S. 900 E., SLC) on Saturday, October 7 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Festival will be followed by an English Country Dance from 7:30 to 10 p.m.
The Festival will feature vendors, arts & crafts, Madrigal singers,
children's games, a Feasting Hall and Pub. Tours of historic
St. Paul's will be held at noon and 2 p.m. High Tea will be served at
3 p.m. and a Communion Service from 1549 A.D. will be held at 5
p.m. The English Country Dance ends the day and will feature musicians
and traditional dances.
There is no admission charge to the Festival or the Dance, and
Renaissance period costumes are encouraged. For more information, call
