Round 13 results are posted

There was a problem with the timing computer, and so times were all entered by
hand into the computer. I expect that there may be some typos. In addition
there were problems keeping track of reruns in run group 6. In any case,
please report any corrections to Pat Kelly.

DNFs should show up soon, if there are any.
