Re: DSQ's in STX at Atwater Tour

I have e-mailed Ed Runnion about this as it applies to the SFR  series.  As 
the SFR series does not have impound, I think that we should  use their actual 
finishing position prior to the DSQ for scoring Regional finish  positions and 
points.  Being DSQed from the Tour results is more than  sufficient penalty, 
and they shouldn't lose points in our series.
