Anyone know where I can get higher-octane gas than the usual 91? I
will do the 100-octane race gas (I know from an earlier ba-autox post
that I can get that at the Union 76 at 3010 Almaden Expwy near
Foxworthy) if I have to, but doesn't anyone sell 93 (or 95)?

Thanks,

No, other than in cans at speed shops - really expensive. (Or at Laguna Seca
and Infineon) I have been doing the 100 octane blend for autocross. I bring
home a 5 gallon can of 100. Before an event, I let my gas (91 octane) get
down to a quarter to half full and pour in part of the can. The car really
knows
the difference. After the events, I fill with 91 and the car adjusts. It's a
pain, but part of living in California. - Seth Emerson
