If I am reading this correctly this is a little over a second on
a 60sec time. That is a bigger difference than I would have
guessed. What makes slicks so much faster? I have trouble
believing its the 2 grooves in DOT tires. My only guess would be
construction and by extension weight/rotational inertia...
