Notice there is no longer a Street Tire Class?

There is, but hidden.  Stock Classes ONLY have each their own
Street Tire class, that runs in the same run group, like Novice or Ladies. 
Indexing is no longer required, since all cars in class are matched
by SCCA.  If you want to run Stock in a Street Tire class, show up
when that Open Class runs.

PAX indexes are still used to calculate indexed order of finish, but no 
trophies are based on it any longer.
