Windshield Replacement Recommendations?

Hey!  This is autocross-related, since a tech guy gave
me a hard time about it.  I've got a big crack in my
MR2's windshield, and I need to have it replaced.

Any recommendations for windshield replacement
services?   I'm in Santa Clara.

Any potential issues I should be aware of ahead of
time?  Anyone had bad experiences they can share?

Now the entire bay area knows about every single one of
my car-related issues..  I'm done after this.  I
promise. :)
