Atwater NT not a regional points event this year?

Hey all,

I was just looking at the schedule on the website (thanks for getting one up 
there; now I can plan the rest of my life!).  From the looks of it, it doesn't 
appear that the National Tour at Atwater counts for regional points this year.  
Is this the case?

I plan to go to Atwater either way; just wondering.
