Entry Fee increase

The Solo 2 Steering committee has voted in an entry fee increase for 2004
events.  The cost of renting sites and insurance has gone up making this
increase necessary.  We have not had an increase for several years.  The new
fee will be $30.00 per entry and will start with the Boondoggle event on
Feb. 1 at the Oakland Coliseum.
