Napa Bridge (over troubled water)

Hello all,
 I'm going with the point Ken is trying to make: which is .... What does
this subject have to do with Auto X ?  I lived there for 14 years, the
bridge is desperately needed, the politics of the area are insane. So
unless we get a new Auto-X site under the  Hwy 29 land bridge nearby....
Well , Movin' on to other things..
