Sorry for the slightly off-topic, but a friend has a Passat that her mechanic told her needs new valve lifters for $1,000, but that doesn't make sense to me. Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a VW mechanic in Menlo Park or very close to there. She doesn't want to go too far. Thanks, Josh |
