Hello Fellow Gear Heads!!
It's that time once again. The annual AutoX School is
fast approaching, and we need students.
Want to go learn just how fast you and your car can
be? Want to find the secret to beating your buddy's
time? How about just getting to drive the wheels off
your car for a whole day, with lots of one on one
coaching, and lunch too?
If you're brave enough, and green enough, and can
shell out the princely ransom of 75 bucks (such a
deal!) then we have a spot ready and waiting for you.
Yes, the new and (hopefully) improved Rookie AutoCross
school is happening Saturday April 12th at "The
Stick", or the park formerly know as 3Com.
Now the details...
Who is eligible? Any SCCA member with less than a
year of experience. If you won a trophy last year, we
don't want you!! =) That's not entirely true. We
are aiming for people with at least 2 events under
their belt and less than a year of competition.
Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Feel
free to contact myself or Alan privately if you are in
doubt of your qualification for the school.
We have room for 60 students. MAX!! First come first
served. If you attended Katie's wonderful Frosh Night
you should already have gotten notice of the school
and the details. If you haven't heard about it yet,
now you have. :)
