1. usually cookies are cleared separately, and it doesnt hurt to nuke those
too.  sometimes this is called Delete all temporary internet files.

2. if you are pointing at the page, you can force a refresh with e.g. F5 if
you are using IE.

3. there are settings that instruct the browser when to re-get the page from
the web, you could set that to "each time page visited" rather than a less
frequent setting such as "once per session"

clear your caches and be set free!  :)
