Thanks all for the many helpful responses that I received both on and off
the list.
Since it may be of general interest to folks on this list I was able to find
the following web sites for the companies that John Stimson mentioned for
custom wheels:

(which kills my browser...)

(best I could find on Litespeed since www.litespeedinc.com is dead)
Once I get this figured out I will send out a quick message about my final
choice so any shy folks out there will know how I chose to resolve this.
