"faster" is not always "better".
Maybe you all think I'm a fool for this one, but I rather enjoyed the 8 hours
of level-1 driver training from NTI (National Traffic Institute?). Sure, it
was in a dirty drab room in a neglected office building in San Jose, and the
old school-desk like seats were hard enough to numb my butt in under 60
seconds, but it was also a day spent hanging out with a retired bay area CHP
officer who had LOTS of great war stories, and who loved to hear my input about
driving and driver training after learning that I autocross and have done
driving instruction. One of his stories about taking his Mustang 5.0 and
chasing this punk kid driving a Caprice who was "the best driver I've ever
seen" up 880 at well over 100 from Milpitas to the Oakland Coliseum was just
absolutely amazing...

www.trafficschoolusa. com is what Mike and I used for ours most recently. Go
through the units in no time flat and then take the test. You don't pay the
$25 until you pass the final exam. And depending on what county you got the
ticket in, they'll send the certificate straight to the court.

video or online.
Still looking for suggestions.
