SFR's annual meeting begins at noon this Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Radisson
Hotel, Sunnyvale, CA.
Notes:
Region Treasurer Leslie Berry did not seek re-election.
Both McCarthy and deWitt had served previously on the Board and as Regional
Executive.
deWitt also served six years on the SCCA's National Board of Directors,
through 1999.
NorPac Area Director Gary Pitts of Nevada City, CA, ran unopposed and was
re-elected for a second term on SCCA's National Board.
SoPac Area Director JoAnne Jensen of Chandler, AZ, will complete her
maximum of two terms this year. Jensen served as Chair of the Board during
2002. She will be succeeded by Andy Porterfield, Newport Beach, CA, who was
not opposed. Porterfield has previously served on the National Board and
also previously served on the Cal Club BoD and as RE of that region as
well.
