Actually there are many "CP tools" for this.

1) BFH: Crude, best suited for the inner side where its results won't
actually be seen by many.

2) FRT(A): Fender rolling tool, Aluminum. For small adjustments.

3) SS: Sabersaw, for removing (as opposed to moving) large amounts of metal
when adding 4" of offset to front wheels.

4) PC: Plasma cutter, more advanced cousin of #3.

Remember, the 4 laws of automotive repair:

1) Don't force it! Get a bigger hammer.
2) If it breaks, it was defective and needed to be replaced anyway.
3) When all else fails, get out the torch and make it permanent.
4) All tools can alternately be described as "hammer."
