That sounds good, as long as it's clear to the novices how this works. As
we have seen locally, it doesn't seem fair to run the national STS PAX in
any indexed street tire class because it is the only class that is PAX'ed
nationally based on street tires.
The options are to allow STS using the new regional pax (.801 I think) or
not let STS run in this class. Given that it is a local class and we are
trying to encourage participation, the former seems to be the better option.

Regarding the STS novice drivers, I would ASSume we could run it as it would
locally, since the novice street tire class is not a normal National Tour
fixture anyway.
