Now we know why you couldn't find the Pizza Parlor, not recovered from an
itsy-bitsy bike ride.

Had a similar experience once. I'd, previously ridden, non-stop, up Mount
Hamilton several times, 19 miles "up" from Alum Rock Avenue. But one day my
Son and I decided to do a 75+ mile ride with close to 20 miles BEFORE we got
to the 19 mile "up". Went way-to-hard on the first stretch and had to stop a
couple times on the last 7 miles up. But the worst was comming back. About
12-15 miles to go and "tank" was totally empty. "Thank God for 7-11", a pint
of orange juice got rid of the blurries and provided the "juice" to get back
to the car. My kid was un-phased by the whole thing.
