Duel at DeAnza?

I noticed that Duel at DeAnza is on the schedule for this year, I
thought I heard rumors last year that they were going to have
problems getting the site ever again (parking garage, neighbors,
etc.)

Does anyone know if it's on for sure?  Does anyone know if they
have a concrete sound limit set this year?  Anyone have a contact
number?

p.s. No, I'm not expecting them to allow karts this year, they're
too worry about us setting TTOD :)
