First, I'm sure all of us would join me in expressing our heartfelt sympathy
in the passing of Ellen's Mother, Mrs. Adele Rosenbluth. I know this has
been a difficult time for Ellen and her family and just wanted her to know
our thoughts and prayers are with them.
I'm trying to carry on the tradition of providing a quality registration
experience. However, will need some help for this next event on 10/21. A
few hearty souls to be there at 8am would be nice. An assortment of
volunteers passing through from 10am to 1pm would pretty much take care of
the workload. I will be there all morning. This is a pretty cushy work
assignment and you can learn it all pretty much in the time it takes to run a
lap. Let me know if you can help. Thanks !
A request to you experienced reg. workers: I need someone to run the reg.
table on 10/28 in my absence. I won't be able to attend that event. I will
have the new reg. files and supply box organized at this next event and the
following events should be pretty straightforward.
Looking forward even more (have I lost anyone yet?), the 11/4 event I will be
there to open and run reg. for most of the morning but have to leave by
11:30am. So anyone able to close the reg. table that day ? Mainly counting
receipts, putting away reg. supplies and materials. No heavy lifting... the
new supplies bin will be on wheels !
