Correct. There is a mistake in the specs.

If the engine makes 265 ft. lb. at 6,000, then that is 302 hp at 6,000.

And if the engine makes 200 hp. at 7,000, then that is 150 ft. lb. at 7,000.

So the published numbers are definitely incorrect.

My guess is that it is a simple typo and the actual torque is 165 @ 6,000.
This would be 188 hp at 6,000, which would make 200 hp at 7,000 would seem
reasonable.

I think that is a typo.  If it were making that much torque, it would
produce a helluva lot more than 200hp.  And it is normally aspirated, but
it'll never come here.
