Wow, that's a shame... last year's event was just awesome... guess one does not
always understand the effort that goes into pulling off an event this big.
Wonder if it's possible to have one of those portable smokers with catering @
the site? Fresno arranged something of the sort @ the Pro last month @ Castle,
about the same # of people... thinking out loud...
