Loaner Helmets

So far, SFR has had at least 4 helmets stolen by members.  I think the 
general philosophy of the Steering Committee is not to replace them as they 
go away.  

So, the requirement may soon be drivers license, SCCA membership card AND 
Snell '90 or newer helmet.
