FWIW I have 140,000 miles and 125 autocrosses on the Koni yellows on my '90
Miata. I've had to turn them up to 1 turn from the normal 1/2 turn I ran at
first but otherwise they are ok. The Mazdaspeeds on my '99 Miata OTOH are
pretty well worn after just 35,000 miles.
